Development and production

Developing new products and improving the existing range is a continuous process at BESTO Redding. We always examine new possibilities for improving the quality of our products even more.

And that’s the way it should be for a company whose products are responsible for personal safety on and around the water.

All BESTO vests must be a perfect combination of safety, comfort and freedom of movement, without sacrificing one of these features for the sake of another.

In developing our vests, our expert employees draw on more than 80 years’ experience available at our company.
During development, we take great account of the people who will finally use our products. For example, in developing our 50N buoyancy aid, we work closely with a sailing and waterskiing school that provides us with practical, useful tips that we can use in developing a new generation of BESTO vests.

And when it comes to production, nothing but the best is good enough. We work with machines that have been developed according to the latest technical know-how and our production process comprises several different quality-control points that enable us to identify any faults or errors at an early stage.

In short, the entire development of BESTO vests is dominated by one idea – quality.
